The work pieces are mainly produced from all the major casting processes, or are delivered as pressed, stamped or drawn parts. Rotary-mileld-parts made of brass, aluminium or stainless steel can be made entirely by us or on behalf of customers undergoing the below mentioned services as per your specifications.

• Deburring:
  Cleaning and deburring of cast pieces for further processing

• Grinding:
  All industrial standard grain, manually on a hand grinder or by machine.

• Vibratory Grinding:
  Efficient deburring in a trough or in a non-contact process in a tunnel machine. For the preparation of a powder or liquid paint coating or as a follow up treatment after deburring.

• Brushes:
  To create glossy matt surfaces

• Polishing:
  For the preperation of galvanized surfaces, manually or mechanically

• High gloss polishing:
  To create decorative surfaces manually

• Cleaning:
  Degreasing and cleaning of work pieces as a follow up treatment or as a seperate charge.

• Coating:
  In close cooperation with selected suppliers we can offer coatings such as chrome, anodizing, powder, wet paint and PVD.

After the final inspection of your items they will be ready for installation or rack mountable.
